Journalists in denial of TikTok’s power

So I want to check how much the Minions movie made over opening weekend so far.

Because like, obvious reasons. 

I just fucking forget that there is still such a disconnect between legacy media and new media. Like I thought we were over this. I don't know. 

A lot of reporters do not want to admit how much TikTok runs culture.

And not only that – I genuinely think they don't know.
